Asian Pear Coleslaw with Creamy Sesame Dressing

Coleslaw Ingredients
 1 cup green cabbage
 1 cup red cabbage
 ½ cup shredded carrot
 1 organic Asian pear
 ¼ cup cilantro
 1 tbsp green onions
Dressing
 ¼ cup sesame seeds + extra for serving
 1 tsp rice vinegar
 1 tsp sweet rice wine (Mirin)
 ½ tsp sesame oil
 ½ tsp ginger paste
 1 tsp honey
 1 tsp tamari soy sauce (gluten free)
 2 tbsp dairy-free mayonnaise
 ½ tsp Sriracha
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine salad ingredients into food processor and run on low for shredded chop.

Remove from processor and add to a medium sized bowl.

Combine all dressing ingredients in blender and mix together.

Spoon dressing onto salad mix and toss generously until salad is well coated.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for a couple hours prior to serving.
