
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a puff pastry sheet on parchment paper and cut off any excess dough to make a large circle.
Spread the goat cheese in the center and arrange Asian pear slices on top. Fold over the edges of the dough to form a border about 1 inch thick.
