Peach Bourbon BBQ Baked Beans

 6 slices of bacon, chopped
 2 cans kidney beans
 2 cans pinto beans
 3 ripe peaches
 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
 ½ cup maple syrup
 ½ cup bourbon
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp stone ground mustard
 2 tsp chili powder
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook the bacon in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until crisp. Remove from heat and add kidney beans, pinto beans, peaches, BBQ sauce, maple syrup, bourbon, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and spices. Stir to combine.

Place into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes. The sauce should thicken and bubble. Serve warm with your favorite dinner rolls.
