It's the end of summer and the kids are back to school. The chaos of life has resumed and you're searching again for quick dinner solutions for the family. Look no further! This late summer salad can be quickly tossed together and features a healthy mix of late summer blueberries and early fall Asian pears. This salad makes for a perfect lunch and can be topped with your protein of choice.

Creamy Balsamic Dressing
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 4 tbsp olive oil
 ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
 salt and pepper to taste

 8 cups spring mix salad greens
 ¼ cup goat cheese crumbles
 ¼ cup candied walnuts
 ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
 1 organic Asian pear, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup organic blueberries
 ½ large organic avocado
 Creamy Balsamic Dressing

To make the creamy balsamic vinaigrette combine all the ingredients into a small mason jar, shake vigorously till combined.

Prepare all the ingredients and combine into a large bowl. Toss with desired amount of dressing, serve, and enjoy!
