These high protein blended overnight oats are anything but boring. With four unique flavor combinations, you'll be excited to eat breakfast!

Base Recipe
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ¾ cup milk of choice
 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or Skyr
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
 1 pinch salt
Flavor Add-Ins
Blueberry Muffin
 ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 ¼ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 extra blueberries and granola for topping
PB&J Mixed Berry
 1 tbsp peanut butter (mixed in)
 ¼ cup mixed berries (mixed in)
 additional mixed berries and peanut butter for topping
Raspberry Cheesecake
 1 tbsp cream cheese
 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
 crushed graham crackers, raspberries and honey for topping
Citrus Carrot Cake
 ¼ cup finely grated carrot
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground ginger
 zest of 1/2 orange
 crushed walnuts, shredded carrot, and orange zest for topping

Add all base ingredients to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour into a jar or container, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
