If you have an ice cream maker and blender, you can make this quick and easy blueberry ice cream! This ice cream recipe features a delicious vanilla ice cream base, so the flavors can be changed with the seasons. Swap out the blueberries for stonefruit or combine your favorite fruit flavors!

Blueberry Ice Cream
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp salt
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
8 oz organic blueberries

Combine all the ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until well combined. Immediately pour into an ice cream maker and churn. Once the ice cream has frozen, scoop and serve with fresh berries to top!
