Vitamin and Protein Packed Blood Orange and Berry Smoothie

 2 Homegrown Organic Farms Blood Oranges, peeled and quartered
 3 large organic strawberries
 ½ cup strawberry yogurt
 2 tbsp hemp seeds
 ½ cup ice

In blender combine: blood oranges, strawberries, strawberry yogurt and hemp seeds. Blend well for 30 seconds, then add ice. Blend again for 30 seconds and serve!
Makes one 12oz Smoothie
