Parfaits make for one of the most satisfying and health-conscious breakfasts you can create that allow you to rotate ingredients based on your unique cravings.
Our parfait craving is probably pretty obvious…
Grape Apple Yogurt Parfait
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 cup of your favorite granola
- 1 green apple, chopped into large chunks
- 8-10 red grapes, sliced in half
In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon with yogurt and divide in two. Starting with yogurt, layer ingredients in your favorite parfait glass in this order: yogurt, granola, chopped apples, grapes, and repeat. Serve with a colorful spoon and a good book!
Makes two 8oz parfaits.
