Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 ½ cups mango juice

For garnish:

  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ granola

Instructions:

In blender combine frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen banana, avocado, and mango juice. Blend well and until mixture is thickened. Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl, top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
